Europe Holdings is a dynamically growing company that began its operations in the field of Real Estate Management and Development and soon expanded in the Insurance sector. Following the integration of EUROPE INSURANCE, NAK Insurance Brokers, and AMYNA Insurance Brokers, the Europe Holdings Group combines today the provision of Insurance Services and Insurance Brokerage Services, by offering comprehensive and modern insurance solutions, distinguished by quality, reliability and solvency, aiming to establish a leading position in the Greek insurance market.

The company’s journey began in 1986 with the establishment of Ioannis Kloukinas – Ioannis Lappas Technical and Commercial Building Materials – Machinery S.A., which, through acquisitions and mergers, evolved into KLM S.A. and was listed on the Athens Stock Exchange in 2004.

In 2024, KLM S.A. merged with INTRACOM PROPERTIES, a subsidiary of INTRACOM HOLDINGS, and was renamed EVROPI HOLDINGS, remaining listed on the main market of the Athens Stock Exchange.

EVROPI HOLDINGS S.A. is a member of the INTRACOM Group. INTRACOM was founded in 1977 by its Chairman, Mr. Sokratis Kokkalis, and quickly became a leading group in Greece with a strong international presence and export activity. Gradually, it has evolved into an investment company aiming to achieve high returns, consistently providing greater value to its shareholders.
