EVROPI HOLDINGS is a dynamically growing company operating in the business sector of Property Management/Development, with an immediate prospect of expanding into the Insurance Sector through the upcoming acquisition of EUROPE INSURANCE. It was created by the merger of KLM S.A. and INTRACOM PROPERTIES, two companies with a significant real estate portfolio.

The company’s journey began in 1986 with the establishment of Ioannis Kloukinas – Ioannis Lappas Technical and Commercial Building Materials – Machinery S.A., which, through acquisitions and mergers, evolved into KLM S.A. and was listed on the Athens Stock Exchange in 2004.

In 2024, KLM S.A. merged with INTRACOM PROPERTIES, a subsidiary of INTRACOM HOLDINGS, and was renamed EVROPI HOLDINGS, remaining listed on the main market of the Athens Stock Exchange.

EVROPI HOLDINGS S.A. is a member of the INTRACOM Group. INTRACOM was founded in 1977 by its Chairman, Mr. Sokratis Kokkalis, and quickly became a leading group in Greece with a strong international presence and export activity. Gradually, it has evolved into an investment company aiming to achieve high returns, consistently providing greater value to its shareholders.
